膜內注塑就是將印刷好的薄膜經(jīng)過(guò)成型沖切后，鑲嵌在注塑模腔內然后合模注塑而制作的產(chǎn)品。它是融印刷、成型、制模、注塑工藝技術(shù)為一體，會(huì )塑料片材、油墨、塑料樹(shù)脂的綜合運用。注塑樹(shù)脂在薄膜的背面與油墨層相結合，面板圖文、標識置于薄膜與注塑成型的樹(shù)脂之間，圖文、標識不會(huì )因摩擦或時(shí)間關(guān)系而磨損。
