什么是按鍵凸起？

按鍵凸起是用壓鼓機(jī)將面膜層上的鍵體區(qū)域壓起。此方法依據(jù)材料的自然特性和凸凹特性，有嚴(yán)格的溫度和壓力要求。

基本形式如下：

（1）框線凸起：開關(guān)邊緣凸起的時(shí)候采用。

（2）平面凸起：整個(gè)開關(guān)都高于面板表面時(shí)采用。

（3）球凸：用于加工球形按鍵。

（4）框線凸起+球凸：不常用。

（1）增進(jìn)了薄膜開關(guān)外觀的裝飾效果。

（2）操作者的觸覺(jué)比較敏感。

（3）準(zhǔn)確給定鍵體的范圍。

（4）提高辨認(rèn)速度。

  重要的設(shè)計(jì)考慮因素有哪些：

（1）需要專用的模具機(jī)加工。

（2）用力過(guò)大會(huì)減少機(jī)械壽命（對(duì)于聚碳酸酯面膜來(lái)說(shuō)機(jī)械壽命應(yīng)能操作不少于10萬(wàn)次）。

（3）凸起的聚脂的極限溫度為50℃。

（4）凸起高度應(yīng)不超過(guò)材料厚度的1.5倍。

（5）平面凸起應(yīng)距邊緣最少3mm或 5mm。
